The Nest Recovery Retreat is deliberately non-medical*. Its focus is the support and wellbeing of post-surgical patients, pregnant women, babies and new mothers. We have taken great care to ensure you are in the safest possible hands. The Nest's maternity staff comes with a background in midwifery or childcare and our fully qualified therapists are at the forefront of their respective fields. We operate strict policies to ensure a comfortable, safe and secure environment for clients. You can expect all information and advice given by our staff to be consistent and evidence based.
